JOB PURPOSE (HOW TO APPLY FOR ECOBANK VACANCY)

- Ensuring prompt delivery of all specialized project requests.
- Being able to identify cost reduction opportunities / devise. Furthermore, to make use of fruitful sourcing strategies to maintain security of and also to ensure direct savings and lastly cost avoidance.
- Carry on supplier’s evaluation to ensure compliance to company standards
- Data Management / Reporting. Also maintaining and review of all records of services secured which include cost, deliveries, and inventories.
- Also implement the Ecobank Units’ strategy and to ensure compliance with policy and service delivery targets.
- To develop and maintain key relationships across functional collaborations with customers and suppliers within.
- They will also conduct / attend business review sessions with important / key stakeholders.
- Will source quotes and negotiations with vendors for non-catalogue requests.
- Carry out follows up with PVM Team of regularization of Audit / ICG exceptions.
