Candidates Higher National Programme must have completed their National Diploma Programme from the Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja  or any other recognized institution nationwide. They must obtained their National Diploma (ND) certificate with minimum of Lower Credit Level. This must be from a related academic field.
