The Aliko Dangote College of Nursing Sciences Bauchi invite interested application for their 2024 admission into the various nursing programmes of the school. Aliko Dangote College of Nursing Sciences Bauchi was established in 2010. The institution has a mission to be a leading Health training institution that will commits to the engagement of its staff and student in teaching, learning and research opportunities to produce competent Nurses and Midwifes that will deliver quality services. This is in line with global initiatives for the present and in future. Aliko Dangote College of Nursing Sciences Bauchi also have the vision to train competent and also innovative Nurses and Midwives that will play an outstanding role in our dynamic Health care delivery system.
PROGRAMMES IN ALIKO DANGOTE COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES BAUCHI:
The school run the following programmes;
- General Nursing: The General Nursing Programme is a three (3) years and six (6) semester programme of study.
- General Midwifery
- Community Midwifery: The Community Midwifery programme is a one year six months (18 moths) Programme of study.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR 2024 POST UTME INTO ALIKO DANGOTE COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES BAUCHI
Applicants must have the following before proceeding to apply for General Nursing and General Midwifery
- Candidates must possess the Senior Secondary Certificate (WAEC or NECO), with a minimum of five (5) subjects which includes English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings.
- Candidates applying for the Post Basic Nursing Programme must be a qualified Registered Midwife or Mental Health Nurse. They must also have a practicing License in addition.
REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMUNITY MIDWIFERY
Candidates for Aliko Dangote College of Nursing Sciences Bauchi Community Midwifery Programme must have the following:
- Candidates must possess Senior School Certificate(s) with a least five (5) passes including the following subjects English language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Health Science at not more than two sittings. Applicants are allowed to combine only WAEC and NECO results not NABTEB.
- Candidates for Community midwife programme must be a residential within her Local Government of origin.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age and above before applying for admission.
- Lastly, applicants must not be above 35 years of age and above before applying.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
The method of application is online and manual. Application are advice to click here to visit the Aliko Dangote College of Nursing Sciences Bauchi registration portal. Then click on REGISTER at the upper middle of the home page. Follow the instruction for your registration. You can approach the school compound for your manual application where you will also obtain the application access code which you will use to print out your examination slip online.
Note that the entrance examination shall be Computer Based Test (CBT) examination. Therefore, you must have a knowledge of use of computer before approaching the examination hall. Furthermore, you are expected to go to the examination venue with your examination slip printed on submission of your online registration form and original receipt for the purchase of the form.
