What are the Requirements for Admission into United Evangelical Church College of Nursing, Ochadamu Kogi State?

The following are the requirements for admission into the various programmes offered in United Evangelical Church College of Nursing, Ochadamu;

  • First, interested candidates must first of all register for JAMB and chose the United Evangelical Church College of Nursing, Ochadamu as their first choice institution or can chose another school if United Evangelical Church College of Nursing, Ochadamu is not listed on JAMB Portal. Those who did not chose United Evangelical Church College of Nursing, Ochadamu as their first choice institution must carry out a change of institution on JAMB portal. More so, interested applicants must have sat for UTME with the following subjects; Use Of English, Physics, Biology and Chemistry.
  • Furthermore, prospective candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in their O-level (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB or its equivalent); These relevant subjects must include the following; English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry at not more than two(2) sittings. More so, those combining their O-level must note that NECO/WAEC, NECO/NECO or WAEC/WAEC can be combine. While those using NABTEB must note that NABTEB cannot be combine with any other result. Thus, the five credits must from NABTEB must be at one sitting only.
Other Requirements
  • More so, interested candidates for Post Basic Nursing must have completed their Basic Midwifery programme and get inducted as Registered Midwifes (RM) by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) with practicing experience. They must also have their practicing License in addition.
  • Also, interested candidates for Post Basic Midwifery must have completed their Basic Nursing programme and get inducted as Registered Nurse (RN) by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). They must also have their practicing License in addition.
  • Lastly, interested candidates for admission into United Evangelical Church College of Nursing, Ochadamu must be at least seventeen (17) years of age before applying. Underage applicants will not be entertain.
