The University of Uyo, Uyo, Nigeria is popularly known as UNIUYO does not write Post UTME. Post UTME stands for post Unified Tertiary and Matriculation Examination. The post UTME is an examination taken by candidates for admission into the various programmes of the school. Apart from the examination being called aptitude test, it can be called post UTME. Before now, the University of Uyo used to undertake this exams. Currently, UNIUYO does not write Post UTME examination again.

The University of Uyo, Uyo is one of the federal University in Akwa Ibom State. The University of Started as a College of Education an affiliate of the University of Calabar. Interested applicants who wishes to study in the University of Uyo must have chosen the University of Uyo as their first choice institution during JAMB registration. Those who did not chose the University of Uyo as their first choice institution must carry out a change of institution on JAMB portal if they want to apply for UNIUYO. The University has announced for the commencement of their post UTME screening application form. This gives interested applicant to register for admission into the various programmes of the school. Applicants must strive to register within the stipulated time before the closing date as they may be no extension of application date.
