University of Uyo is one of the leading Public Higher Institution in Nigeria. The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board official cut of mark is 140 and above for all Universities across Nigeria. Although the University of Uyo follows this criteria, they also peg the cut-off make for some courses of the school higher than 140 set by JAMB. UNIUYO CUT OFF MARK FACULTY OF EDUCATION
The official cut off mark from JAMB is 140 and above. Thus, candidates applying to study any education course should at least score 140 and above. Each applicant should aim at 180 and above for a greater chance to having admission to study any education course in UNIUYO.
FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES
This another sort after faculty in UNIUYO. Therefore, the official cut off mark is 140 and above. Applicants for courses under this faculty should aim at scoring 200 and above during their UTME.
FACULTY OF CLINICAL SCIENCE
Health sciences are very competitive programmes. Therefore applicant should aim at scoring 220 and above on their UTME
FACULTY OF ENGINEERING
Applicants for programmes under the faculty of engineering should aim at scoring 220 and above for their chance of being given admission.
FACULTY OF ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES
Under this faculty applicant seeking for admission in any of the programmes should score at least 200 and above. This gives a greater chance of being given admission

FACULTY OF SCIENCES
Those applying to study in any department under this faculty should aim at scoring at least 180 and above on their UTME.
FACULTY OF PHARMACY
To study pharmacy in University of Uyo, applicants should aim at scoring 250 and above during their UTME. This is one of the most competitive programmes in the University of Uyo.
FACULTY OF BASIC MEDICAL SCIENCES
Those seeking for admission in the department under this faculty should at least score 220 and above in their UTME.
FACULTY OF CLINICAL SCIENCES
Courses under this faculty are the most sort after courses. Therefore, applicants under this faculty should aim at scoring from 250 – 260 and above.
FACULTY OF ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES
Applicants for courses under this faculty should aim at scoring about 230 to 250 in their UTME.
FACULTY OF DENTISTRY
Those applying for department under this faculty should at scoring from 220 – 240 and above.
NOTE: Finally, the above cut off mark are not officially UNIUYO Cut off mark. Thus, it is noted that UNIUYO do not normally have their official cut off mark but due to the competitive nature of the school that is why we come out with the above point from each faculty.
