The management of the University of Abuja calls on qualified and interested applicant to apply for their post UTME and Direct Entry (DE) admission. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR UNIABUJA 2024 POST UTME/DE
Applicants should read the following carefully to know if they are qualified to apply.
- Candidates for both UNIABUJA 2024 post UTME/DE must have registered for the just concluded JAMB and chose the University of Abuja as their first choice institution.
- Post UTME applicant must have taken the UTME and score the required University of Abuja cut off mark. Click here to view the University of Abuja official cut off mark.
- Both UNIABUJA 2024 post UTME/DE candidates are required to have at least five credit passes in their O-level relevant subjects including English language and Mathematics which must be obtained at maximum of two (2) sittings.
- Direct Entry (DE) candidates must possess at least two (2) A-level passes or equivalent in addition to the five credit passes in O-level relevant subjects include English Language and Mathematics.
- Both UNIABUJA 2024 post UTME/DE candidates must upload their O-level result(s) on JAMB portal. Furthermore, Direct Entry (DE) applicants must upload their O-level result(s) alongside their A-level result on JAMB portal. Those who fail to upload their result will not be able to access their admission.
- Applicants must use an active email address and a valid phone (GSM) number for their registration. This will save a as communication medium between the school and the candidates.
- Screening application fee is N2000 only for both UNIABUJA 2024 post UTME/DE.
APPLICATION GUIDE
The method of application is online. Follow the steps below for a hitch free registration.
- Click here to visit the University of Abuja post UTME and Direct Entry (DE) application portal.
- Then click on APPLY NOW button among the menu at the upper part of the portal home page.
- On the drop-down click on AVAILABLE PORTALS option and allow to load and display the available portals for application. Then click on any of the portals to apply depending on what you want to apply for.
- Select UNDERGRADUATE and allow to load.
- On the next page, enter your JAMB Registration Number and click on the GET DETAILS button to fetch your detail from JAMB portal.
- Fill the form available to complete your basic information page. Here, applicants are to note that they must use only active email address and valid phone (GSM) number and then click NEXT.
- The next page is the payment page. On the payment review page click on the GENERATE RRR button which will take you to another page.
- Then click on the SUBMIT button which will redirect you to remita payment page.
- There are two options for making payment: you can make your payment online using your debit card (ATM card) or you can printout the payment invoice and take it to any commercial bank branch of your choice to make payment.
- If you are using the online method of payment (ATM CARD) be prepared that OTP CODE will be sent to your phone and you must click CONTINUE to complete your payment.
STEP TWO
- On the completion of your payment return to the MAIN LOGIN PAGE on the portal. Login again by entering your JAMB Registration Number and your surname as password
- Then click on the LOGIN TO DASHBOARD button and complete your application.
- Preview your entries to avoid errors which may lead to your disqualification when discovered.
- Click on PRINT to print a completed registration form (Acknowledgement slip), payment receipt and Exams Schedule.
APPLICANTS SHOULD NOTE THE FOLLOWINGS:
- The University of Abuja still conducts Post UTME examination which is the final determinant for admission of candidates.
- You are at liberty to always re-query your payment in the case of network failure when you initiated your payment which you were debited without payment being successful. To do this enter your JAMB registration number then click on GET DETAILS button and then re-query your unsuccessful payment attempt.
- Applicants must keep to date, time and venue for their screening.
