Candidates Eligible for FCE (T) Akoka Post UTME 2025

What are the requirements for Federal College of Education (Technical) Akoka post UTME screening form? There are various eligibility Criteria for all candidates. Thus, the followings are the requirements for FCE (T) Akoka post UTME admission

  • National Certificate for Education (NCE) UTME Candidates MUST have passed a minimum of 5 relevant subjects with credit level, in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE or O’Level) or equivalent at not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Candidates for Direct Entry MUST complete and posses a minimum of Lower Credit in the National Diploma, a Merit in NCE or 7 points in the IJMBE Advanced Level from a recognized institution and relevant academic field in addition.
  • More so, UTME candidates NCE program must have a minimum UTME score of 100. While candidates for Bachelor of Education (Technical) must have a minimum of 140 UTME score and above.
  • Prospective UTME and Direct Entry Candidates who did not choose Federal College of Education (Technical) Akoka, Lagos as their First Choice Institution but wish to study in the College and as scored 100 or 140 and above respectively in the 2025 UTME, should change their first choice institution to FCE (T) Akoka via the JAMB portal.

 

FCE (T) Akoka Post UTME Cut Off Mark

All candidates must have a minimum post UTME NCE program must score of 100 and above. However, those applying for Bachelor of Education (Technical) must score 140 and above. Thus, Any changes to the above will be indicated in the school website.

 

How to Apply for FCE (T) Akoka Post UTME Screening Form 2025

Online method is use for the registration. To register for the exercise, please follow the procedures below:

  1. STEP 1: First, Visit the FCE (T) Akoka official website at https://fcetakoka.edu.ng/ and navigate to Admission from menu and click on the category or program you want to apply for to create an account with them.
  2. STEP 2: Pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00). This is the Post-UTME/DE Screening Fee. You pay it via REMITA.NET through the following stages.
  3. STEP 3: After generating the payment invoice you can proceed to make your payment with your ATM card. More so, you can also print out your payment invoice (RRR) and proceed to any commercial bank branch nearest to you.
  4. STEP 4: More so, Return back to the FCE (T) Akoka website to complete the Application Form with your accurate details preview and click on Submit button to finish your application for FCE (T) Akoka post UTME screening registration.
  5. STEP 5: After submitting, allow the system to generate an Acknowledgement Slip containing your reference number. Print out the acknowledgement slip in colour in addition.

Candidates must present the originals and photocopies of the following documents:
1. Acknowledgement Slip / Application fee
2. Evidence of Payment for screening application fee (RRR Receipt)
3. UTME Result/DE Registration Slip (printed in colour)
4. SSCE Statement(s) of Result or Original Result(s)
5. Certificate of Origin
6. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age or Affidavit
7. Lastly, A’Level Statement of Result (for DE candidates only)
Note that the original certificate are just for verification purposes. However, they will be returned immediately after verification.

VENUE OF THE SCREENING

All Short-listed Candidates should report at the FCE (T) Akoka Lagos State by 9:00 am on the appropriate date.
Failure to appear for the screening exercise on the date he/she is invited will not be tolerated in addition. Thus, those in this category will not be considered for admission into the FCE (T) Akoka during the Academic Session.
