The Osun State School of Nursing Sciences Asubiaro, Osogbo invite interested applicants to apply for admission into the various programmes of the school for the 2024/2025 academic session. There are various requirements which applicants must possess before they can go ahead to apply for any of the position. This health care training institution is owned and managed by the Government of Osun State with the aim to train more health care professionals for the state in particular and Nigeria in general.

Requirements for Admission

The following are the requirements for admission into Osun State school of Nursing Asubiaro;

  • First, prospective candidates have either one or two sittings of WAEC, NECO or NABTEB. More so, they must have at least five credit passes in relevant subjects of the above results. These subjects must include; English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.
  • Applicants for Basic General Nursing Programme and Basic Midwifery Programme must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
  • More so, applicants must have active email address and a valid phone number.
  • Furthermore, those applying for Post Basic Midwifery programmes most completed their Basic General Nursing Programme. They must have been registered as Registered Nurses (RN) by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
  • Also, applicants for Post Basic General Nursing Programme must have completed their Basic Midwifery Programme. They must have been registered as Registered Midwifes (RM) by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
  • Lastly, both Post Basic General Nursing Programme and Post Basic Midwifery programmes applicants into Osun State school of Nursing Asubiaro must have their practicing License in addition.
