Federal University of Health Sciences Azare is a public medical higher institution in Nigeria. The Federal University of Health Sciences Azare is located in Azare, Bauchi State, Nigeria. The school is a Health base Institution. That is why the existing faculties of the school are Medical / health base faculties. Programmes under this faculty are four to five years programmes. Apart from the under-graduate programmes, there exist post graduate programmes of eighteen (18) months. The mode of entry for the under-graduate programmes are through Post UTME, Direct Entry and by undergoing Remedial Programmes of Federal University of Azare in addition.

Dentistry is are also medical base programmes, therefore, the years of programmes ranges from four to five years depending on the mode of entry of each student. The mode of entry for programmes under this faculty ranges from post UTME, Direct Entry and Remedial studies. For post UTME, their programmes takes complete five years. Then for direct entry applicants, their programmes runs for four years since they begin their programme in Level 200. While those for Remedial Studies runs for four to five years depending on their Remedial qualification. Professional programmes like Post graduate are also obtained in this faculty. Thus, Post graduate programmes run for eighteen months depending on the type.

Allied Health Sciences courses are also medical sciences. Therefore, their programmes also runs for four to five years depending on the mode of entry for each student. Programmes under this faculty also have post graduates programmes.

Generally, all post graduate programmes of Federal University of Health Sciences Azare is coordinated by Federal University of Health Sciences Azare Post Graduaute School.
