How to check Federal Fire Service 2024 Recruitment List
As disclosed by on Tuesday 17th of September, 2024 by the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Service Board (CDCFIB) secretary, Ja’afaru Ahmed, applicants for the 2024 recruitment exercise are to check their names by visit the CDCFIB career portal. Screening Venue for Fire Service 2024 Recruitment Exercise
Also, according to the statement by secretary, Ja’afaru Ahmed the secretary of Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Service Board (CDCFIB) shortlisted applicants will receive their screening invitation letter via their emails and phone number provided during application. The invitation letter will specify the location for physical screening, verification of certificate, and aptitude test for each of the shortlisted applicants.

Will the Federal Fire Service Conduct Examination for the 2024 Recruitment
The federal fire service will conduct aptitude test examination for all shortlisted applicants for the second stage of the 2024 recruitment. This is one of the process to be use to select the best candidates for the fire service jobs. The federal Fire Service will use the Computer Based Test (CBT) examination to test all applicants for the educational test.
Applicants will be tested on Mathematics, English Language, General Studies and Current Affairs. Therefore, applicants must get to learn more about those subjects. Also, applicants should know how to operate computer for their easy participation during the test. More so, shortlisted candidates must know that there will be no assistance while taking the test. They must get themselves prepare for it so as to be independent and perform better.
Will Some Candidates Be Disqualified After The Physical Screening And Aptitude Test?
Majority of the applicants will be drop after the aptitude and physical screening. Some candidates will be drop due to their inability to perform well or score a higher mark during the examination. More so, some candidates will be drop because they could pass the physical requirements test. Therefore, applicants must get themselves prepared for the examination and also get use to using a computer system. They must also have the required height and their health must be normal during the physical screening.

Will There Be another Test after the Physical Screening?
There will be only one physical screening and aptitude test. Successful candidates at this stage will be shortlisted again. There will move to the Training Camps where they will receive rigorous training for the period of six months. More so, after the completion of the six months training, successful candidates will be given service numbers and enroll into the Federal Fire Service departments.
