The Gombe State University invite interested applicants to apply for admission into the 2024/2025 academic session. Both Post UTME and Direct Entry (DE) applicants are invited. Interested applicants should read the following carefully:
- Applicants must have registered for the just concluded 2024 JAMB and chose Gombe State University as first choice institution. Those who did not choose Gombe State University as first choice institution must carry out a change of institution on JAMB portal.
- Applicants must score the Gombe State University official cut off mark and above. Click here to view the cut off mark for each programme. Applicants whose UTME score will not give them admission in their preferred programme are advice to carry out a change of programme on JAMB portal.
- Both GSU Post UTME/DE 2024 candidates must have at least five (5) credit pass in their O-level result(s) relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language at a maximum of two (2) sittings.
- Both GSU Post UTME/DE 2024 candidates must upload their O-level result(s) on JAMB portal. Furthermore, Direct Entry applicants must upload their O-level result(s) alongside the A-level result on JAMB portal.
- Applicants must have an active email address and a valid phone (GSM) number for application.
- The screening application fee is two thousand Naira (N2000) only for both GSU Post UTME/DE 2024 candidates.
- There are some individual departmental / faculties’ requirements which applicant must satisfied before being considered for admission.
How to Apply for GSU 2024 Post UTME/DE
The method of application for GSU Post UTME/DE 2024 is online. Therefore, follow the application guidelines below for a successful application.
- First, click here to visit Gombe State University official website.
- Then click on the APPLICATION / REGISTRATION PORTAL button on the upper left side of the homepage.
- Select UNDERGRADUATE on the dropdown. Allow it to load and open the portal page for undergraduate.
- Then click on the APPLY NOW button at the top of the portal page.
- The next step is to validate your email address to continue. Thus, enter your EMAIL ADDRESS and click on the SEND A VALIDATION LINK A validation email is sent to your email box.
- Proceed to your email box to validate it by clicking on the validation link.
- Create your account by supplying all the required information.
- Then proceed to make payment either online using your debit card or print out the payment invoice to make payment at any commercial bank branch of your choice.
- Return back to the application portal or click here access the application portal directly and then login to complete your information.
- Preview your entries to avoid mistakes
- Then click on the SUBMIT button to finalize your application.
- Print out the acknowledgement slip.
