Applicants for Foundation Polytechnic 2026 Post UTME must take Note of the following
- Applicants must have chosen Foundation Polytechnic as her/his first-choice institution.
- Applicant must have scored at least 120 and above during the last UTME
- Candidates must have at least five credits in their O-level relevant subjects including mathematics and English Language in not more than two sittings.
- Those who did not choose Foundation Polytechnic during JAMB registration but wishes to apply must carry out a change of institution on JAMB portal. (Note: such candidates must score the JAMB official cut off mark on UTME).
- The post UTME official application fee is N2000 only.
- Candidates with Awaiting O-level Result (AR) can also apply.
How to Apply for post utme
There are three methods application. Therefore, candidate must choose one best suitable for him or her. The three methods include;
MOBLIE APPLICATION
Candidates must do the following
- Type your full Name
- JAMB Registration Number
- Course of Study (as SMS)
- To 0706-809-2448
- Then wait for reply
PAPER APPLICATION
In this method, candidate have to travel to the school compound. Visit the office of the registrar then obtain the form and fill the form carefully.

ONLINE APPLICATION FOR FOUNDATION POLYTECHNIC 2026 POST UTME
This method is the digital method of application. Therefore, candidates must be very carefully. Use the steps below to carry out your application:
- Visit the school portal on foundationpoly.edu.ng
- Click on Admission on the upper left hand side of the home page
- Then select Admission or Screening and Application among the options. Anyone of the options will take you the application page.
- Enter your email and phone number.
- Then select the Level you want to apply for either National Diploma (ND) or Certificate
- Lastly click Proceed to make payment online using your debit card. Take note of your application ID.
- After payment check here
- Login with your application ID
- Fill the form carefully and click Submits
- Print out the acknowledgement slip
