The programmes under this School include:
- COMMUNITY HEALTH EXAMINATION WORKERS (DIPLOMA) 3 years.
ENTREY REREQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes in O-level subjects (WAEC/NECO/GCE) Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sitting
- COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS (In-Service) National Diploma, 2 Years.
Entry Requirements (in 200 level): Applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes in O-level subjects (WAEC/NECO/GCE) Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sitting. Furthermore, JCHEW Certificate and a current practicing License.
- JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS (Certificate) 2 Years.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS in 200 level include: Applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes in O-level subjects (WAEC/NECO/GCE) Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics and credit passes in any of the following subjects like Agric. Science Economics , Geography, Literature and Commerce at not more than two sittings.
SCHOOL OF DISPENSING OPTICIANRY
The programmes under this School include:
- DISPENSING OPTICIAN (certificate) 3 years.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes in O-level subjects (WAEC/NECO/GCE) Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings.
SCHOOL OF MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE
The programmes under this School include:
- MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIANS (CERTIFICATE) 3 Years.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes in O-level subjects (WAEC/NECO/GCE) Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings.
- MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (Abridgment) 2 Years.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Holders of Medical Laboratory Assistant Certificate. Furthermore, applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes in O-level subjects (WAEC/NECO/GCE) Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sitting.
SCHOOL OF PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGY
The programmes under this School include:
- PHARMACY TECHNICIAN (Certificate), 3 Years.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes in O-level subjects (WAEC/NECO/GCE) Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings.
REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION / METHOD OF APPLICATION
Applicants must come with the following to the college compound to purchase the registration form:
- Three (3) recent passport photograph with colour background.
- Original copies and two (2) photocopies of each the following Educational Certificates (FSLC, WAEC, NECO, or GCE).
- Original copy and two photocopies of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin (original and two photocopies).
- Original and two photocopies of Certificate of Change of Name (if applicable)
- Applicant must be at least sixteen (16) years of age and above.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
As at now the application for admission is done manually not online. Therefore, applicants are to obtain the application manually in the college compound after the payment of fifteen thousand Naira (N15, 000) only application fee. On obtaining the form, an applicant is expected to fill the application form carefully and submit same with the above listed credentials.
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
The date and venues for entrance examination will be communicated to shortlisted applicants through their phone (GSM) number. Therefore, applicants are advice to fill in their valid and active phone numbers during application.
