University of Lagos is inviting prospective candidates for their post UTME and Direct Entry Admission. University of Lagos is federal university located in Lagos State. Read below to know the basic qualification an applicant must have before applying for UNILAG 2024/2025 POST UTME.
GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR UNILAG 2024/2025 POST UTME
Read the following
- Candidate for Direct Entry and Post UTME must register for the just concluded JAMB.
- Candidates must have chosen UNILAG as their first choice institution during JAMB registration.
- To get admitted into Full-Time undergraduate programmes it must be through UTME and Direct Entry.
- Candidates must have at least five credit pass on their O-level result (WAEC or NECO) in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language in not more than one sitting.
- Applicants must upload their O-level result on JAMB portal
- Direct Entry candidate must upload their either A-level, ND, HND, JUPEB, and IJMB alongside their O-level result on JAMB portal
- Candidate must be 16 years of age and above
- The require UTME score or JAMB cut off mark is 200 and above.
- Candidates who wishes to register for UNILAG and have scored the require point on UTME but did not put UNILAG as their first choice institution during JAMB registration must therefore change to UNILAG through JAMB portal
- Must have valid phone number
- Must have functional email address (preferably GMAIL)
- Last of all, Applicants must pay a Screening Application fee of N2000

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Follow the steps below
- First, visit university Lagos website on unilag.edu.ng
- Click on ADMISIONS on the upper centre of the home page
- Then click on START FRESH APPLICATION
- Click POST UTME APPLICATION
- Use your JAMB registration number as your USERNAME and SURNAME which saves as PASSWORD (the surname must be in lowercase).
- Generate and print your PAYMENT INVOICE
- Proceed to make payment either online with your ATM card or pay at any commercial bank branch of your choice.
- Return to UNILAG APPLICATION PORTAL on the website
- Click on CONTINUE APPLICATION to complete your screening form.
- Upload your O-Level result and required documents
- Click PREVIEW cross-check your entries are error free.
- Click SUBMIT to finish your application
- Then, print Post UTME e-registration or acknowledgment slip
NOTE: Moreover, make sure that your names and other details on your documents are consistent. Candidates who did not participate in the online registration will not be considered for admission. Expelled students from the institution cannot reapply. Lastly, 2024/2025 UNILAG is not yet on out. Generally, you can check the school portal for other programmes done in the school.
