 REQUIREMENTS FOR ABSU 2024/2025 POST UTME
Read the following carefully
- Candidate must choose Abia State University as first institution during JAMB registration.
- Applicants for Post UTME must score up to 140 and above during UTME.
- Candidates who score up to 140 and did not choose Abia State University as first choice institution but intern to switch to the institution must buy a change of institution form from JAMB portal .
- All applicant must have at least five credits in O-level subjects (WAEC and NECO) in relevant subjects including mathematics and English language in not more than two sittings.
- Both Direct Entry and post UTME candidates must upload their O-level result on JAMB portal
- Direct entry candidates must upload the A-level result (ND, HND, NCE, BSC, JUPEB and IJMB) alongside their O-level result on JAMB portal
- Candidate must make use of an active email address during registration (preferably GMAIL)
- Valid GSM phone number must be provided during registration

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION
Follow the following Steps for a successful registration
- First, click here to visit Abia State University Website on
- Click on PORTAL on the upper right of the page. It will lead you to the application page
- Click on APPLICANTS which many options will appear to choose one
- Choose GENERATE INVOICE by clicking on it. Application page will display
- Click on PROGRAMME and choose UNDERGRADUATE REGULAR
- Select course
- Enter JAMB Registration number
- Select Form type (ABSU DIRECT ENTRY FORM OR ABSU SCREENING FORM
- Fill your SURNAME, FIRST NAME, OTHER NAME, STATE, MOBILE PHONE and
- Then click on GENERATE INVOICE. You will choose either to pay the sum of N2000 online with ATM card or you print the invoice then take it to any commercial bank branch of your choice. Take note of you payment INVOICE NUMBER since it will be require of you on your second phase of the registration. After payment return to by clicking here
- Then click APPLICANT then select FILL APPLICATION FORM
- Type in your INVOICE NUMBER and click SUBMIT.
- Fill in the require information
- Upload require document
- Preview and click on SUBMIT
- Print the ACKNOWLEDGMENT SLIP for reference
