- Applicants for National Diploma (ND) General Nursing must register and take JAMB and also obtain the minimum cut off mark.
- During the JAMB registration applicants must have chosen NKST College of Nursing Sciences as their first choice institution. Furthermore, those who did not but have score the required cut off mark and above must carry out a change of institution on JAMB portal.
- JAMB subject combinations must include; Use of English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Candidates must obtained at least five credit passes in their WAEC / NECO / NABTEB relevant subjects which must include: Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at maximum of two sittings. WAEC and NECO can be combined while NABTEB cannot be combined with any result. Thus, five credits in NABTEB must be obtained at one sitting.
- Interested applicants with Awaiting O-level Result should not apply.
Requirements for Higher National Diploma (HND)
- Applicants must have completed their National Diploma (ND) in General Nursing.
- Candidates for Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing must obtained at least five credit passes in their WAEC / NECO / NABTEB relevant subjects which must include: Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at maximum of two sittings. WAEC and NECO can be combined while NABTEB cannot be combined with any result. Thus, five credits in NABTEB must be obtained at one sitting.
Requirements for Community Nursing and Midwifery
- Applicants for Community Nursing and Midwifery must obtain at least four credit pass in their O-level relevant subjects which must include: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings.
- Community Nursing and Midwifery programme is reserve for indigene only. Thus, non-indigenes are not to apply.
