IMPORTANT ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR ABIAPOLY 2024 POST UTME
Take note of the following
- Candidates must have registered and participate in the last UTME
- The cut off UTME mark is from 120 and above.
- Candidates must upload their O-level result on JAMB portal
- Applicant must have at least five credit passes in O-level (WEAC/NECO) subjects including mathematics and English Language in not more than two sittings
- Ensure that you make Abia State Polytechnic your first choice institution during your JAMB registration.
- Those who wishes to apply for Abia state polytechnic but did not make the school their first choice institution during JAMB registration and score 120 and above must apply for change of institution on JAMB portal
- Screening Application fee is N2000 only.
- Applicant must use a functional GSM phone number for their registration.
- Also applicant must make use of a valid and active email address for their application.

- National Diploma (ND) Morning JAMB – This is for applicants who took JAMB and chose Abia State Polytechnic as their first choice institution and score the cut off mark during UTME. Those who did not can carry out a change of institution on JAMB portal to make Abia State Polytechnic as their first choice institution in addition. Then proceed to apply.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Use the following steps for your application
- First, to visit Abia State Polytechnic website click here
- Click on PORTAL on the upper left hand side of the home page
- On the portal home page click on APPLICANTS on the central of the home page.
- Then click GENERATE INVOICE
- APPLICATION FORM INVOICE will display this page
- Choose PROGRAMME which is ND MORNING (JAMB)
- Enter your JAMB REG. NO
- Select COURSE
- Next step is to ENTER YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS (Surname, First Name, other Name, select State, Mobile Phone and Email)
- Then click GENERATE INVOICE
- Make payment online with your ATM card (take note of your confirmation or invoice order Number.
- After payment of screening application fee click here return to the application portal.
- Click APPLICANT again on the upper left of the portal home page
- Select the second option FILL APPLICATION FORM
- On the open box enter your CONFIRMATION OR INVOICE ORDER NUMBER.
- Then click OPEN
- Fill the required information
- Upload the required documents
- Preview and Click SUBMIT
- Lastly, Print the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SLIP and EXAM SLIP
NOTE; Abia State Polytechnic Aba has started her 2024/2025 post UTME application. Moreover, you can visit the school portal to apply for any programme of your choice. the 2024 UTME application is ongoing. the management have not announce the screening date yet. but always check your JAMB CAPS for admission status after application. lastly, always revisit this page for more update
Sorry to ask do Abia poly write post UTME exam cause I wanted buying scratch card for admission status check and it not going through and am wondering if there was anything I needed to do and I didn’t do it
