  • Interested applicants for Post UTME and Higher National Diploma admission must have a maximum of five credit pass in their SSCE (O-level) result relevant subjects. These subjects must include Mathematics and English Language at a maximum of two sittings. More so, post UTME applicants must upload their O-level result on JAMB CAPS. Those who do not upload their result will not be given admission.
  • Furthermore, applicants for post UTME must have registered for the just concluded JAMB and chose Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos State as their first choice institution. Those who did not chose the school as first choice institution during JAMB registration must carry out a change of institution on JAMB portal before going forward to apply.
  • More so, National Diploma (ND) applicants must know that the cut off mark for Yaba College of Technology, Lagos State is 120 and above. Your UTME subjects must be JAMB required subjects for the course you are applying to study. Wrong UTME subject combination will deny an applicant of their admission to their intended course of study.
  • Also, candidates for Higher National Diploma (HND) programme in Yaba College of Technology, Lagos State must have completed their National Diploma (ND). And they must obtained a minimum of Lower Credit from Yaba College of Technology Lagos State or any other recognized institution. Their statement of result must reach the office of the Registrar, Yaba College of Technology Lagos State.
  • Lastly, candidates for Higher National Diploma (HND) programme into Yaba College of Technology, Lagos State must present evidence of their one year compulsory Industrial Training (IT). Those with a Pass grade in their National Diploma must present evidence of two years of Industrial Training.
