Interested candidates for admission through Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti post UTME/HND must possess the following requirements.

  • First, all interested applicants must possess a minimum of five credit passes in their O-level relevant subjects. These subjects must include Mathematics and English Language at a maximum of two sittings. More so, post UTME applicants must upload their O-level result on JAMB CAPS.   • More so, post UTME applicants must have registered for the just concluded JAMB and choose the Federal Polytechnic as their first choice institution. Those who did not can also apply but they must carry out a change of institution on JAMB Portal.
  • Furthermore, Post UTME applicant must score the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti official cut off mark and above before they can apply. The official cut off mark for all the programmes offered in Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti is 140 and above. Also, applicants must have the required UTME subjects combination for their propose programmes.
  • Higher National Diploma (HND) applicants must have completed their National Diploma (ND) programme. Their intended HND programme must be in line with what they study during their ND. More so, they must have their certificate or statement of result of ND from their previous school. Lastly, they must present their compulsory six month Industrial Training (IT) certificate in addition.
  • Finally, applicants for part-time programmes must have the requirements above except JAMB registration and UTME score is not compulsory for them. But they must have the required O-level subjects at not more than two sittings. HND part-time programmes candidates must have the same requirements as stated on fourth requirements.
