Applicants must have at least five credit passes in their O-level relevant subjects. The relevant O-level subjects must include Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at maximum of two sittings.

Furthermore, applicants must be Registered Nurse (RN) with Nurses and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).

Also, applicant must have their practicing license with some years of medical practice.
